Wire & cable Masterbatches

The cable masterbatch has full chromatography cable centre yarn and polyethylene insulating barrier. The features are a good dispersion, resistance transference, heat resistance, solvent resistance and petroleum resistance etc.

Through the precise formulating recipe, our masterbatch exclusive for wire and cable does not produce any side effects on the performance of cross linking and copper resistance, and does not affect the performance of electric and physical. Especially the black masterbatch is a leading product exclusive for anti-aging and anti UV effect of the cable coat.

Basic carrier：PE, PVC etc resin for cable only, or carrier customized.

Others: concentrated various pigments, such as carbon black, dispersant and antioxidant.

The finished cable product with colored centre yarn is easy to distinguish even in the dim light. 

The black masterbatch for cable sheathing used only has good dispersion, good anti-UV, weatherability and is easy for processing; it also can change the rheological performance of linear polyethylene, that is to eliminate the rough shark skin phenomenon on the surface of wire and cable. Then the finish of product surface is increased, the melt viscosity and die pressure are lowered to increase the extrusion output. It is suitable for the process of linear low density, medium density and high density polyethylene material.
