Extinction masterbatches |
|
Performance: The product has an obvious extinction effect, by adjusting the carrier of the masterbatch, when it’s applied to PE film, PP blown film/casting film, CPP casting film, the hand feeling of the finish product is especially outstanding: excellent in the tensile strength, the breaking elongation retention rate and the dispersion.
Environmental Protection: Pass ROHS, in line with the health standards of food and daily necessities; Applicability: PE, PP, especially be suitable for ABS, PVC matting; Recommended dosage: 4 ~ 16% |

Fluorescence effect masterbatches |
|
Performance: The product has the functions of whitening, lustreing, brightening, and removing yellowish etc. It can bring the product an entirely new look – a new, white and bright appearance.
Applicability: Suitable for most of the plastic resin: LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE, PP, ABS, PA etc;
Recommended dosage: 1 ~ 3%

Smoothness Masterbatches |
|
Performance: The polyolefin used as a carrier, we use the effect of synergistic function of different additives to have a special interface lubricating effect while the thin-film material blown or cast. After molding the surface of the finish product becomes bright, clean and smooth, and shows some characters of anti-dust and anti-static.
Applicability: Suitable for the film blown and film cast of LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE etc;
Recommended dosage: 2 ~ 3% |

Pearly-lustre masterbatches |

Performance: The colored pearl and the golden & silvery pearl are provided, which has an obvious pearlescent brightness. The pearl effect is significant; the color is bright; and the dispersion is good;
Applicability: All kinds of resin’s blown film, injection molding and hollow products etc.; Notes: Avoid working with titanium dioxide and inorganic pigments, Nor should it be used in the dyeing of the opaque plastic, otherwise, the pearl effect will be affected; Recommended dosage: 2-6%. |
